We make is so easy to return items, you don't even need to contact our customer support team if you don't want to! You can do it in just a couple of minutes by following instructions below.
You can return within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange with absolutely no hassle at all (unless you've requested a non standard colour or any other customisations - we can't accept returns for these unless faulty ). Our only rule is it must be unworn and in its original condition.
Simply return your order to the address below, along with the your order number and a note stating whether you'd like a refund or size exchange.

60 day guarantee, you have a full 60 days to send back for refund or exchange - there is no risk in placing an order with Future Past. Refunds are given with no questions asked (subject to conditions below).
We offer amazing (we think) friendly customer service. Get in touch if you need to return your order for a refund or exchange, it's no problem - just follow the instructions below. We aim for 100% customer happiness!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the delivery date to send back for a refund or replacement. We do not refund postage costs, only the cost of the garment(s).
An orders you send back for a refund will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund processed. If your order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, then a full refund for the entire order value will be processed, but any shipping charges on the order will be decuted from the refund.
If you would like to exchange for size, please send back with the original invoice (or a copy), with a note explaining which size or colour you would like to exchange the original garment for.
All items returned must be in their original condition with all swing tags and labels. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale.
All returned items remain your responsibility until they are returned to Future Past Clothing. We recommend you send back returns using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or another service that requires a signature upon delivery.
We will process refunds within 3 days of receiving the garment(s) back to us, but please allow up to 14 working days to see the refund in your account.
