House
House music inspired designs by Future Past. Where electronic dance music all began, after disco came house music from Chicago, USA (and later NYC) in the early to mid eighties. DJ's like Frankie Knuckles and Ron Hardy experimented by remaking tracks, looping elements and adding drum machines like the Roland TR-808 and TR-909. Characterised by 4/4 beats and offbeat hi hats, and later synthesised basslines. Clubs like The Music Box & The Paradise Garage were heavily influential in its inception. House music became massively popular in the UK almost overnight, with American artists getting to the top of the pop charts, and quickly spread to the rest of Europe. A whole new generation of european producers were inspired to make their own house music, and house music continues to played at clubs and festivals all over the world. It shows no sign of ever declining, you see house is a feeling, and irresistible urge to jack your body...
